Well its been an absolutely manic week - again! - and as a result I missed out on a lot of exercise I had planned to do.

Then I had one of those lightbulb moments

Life IS manic, its always going to throw things up at me that upstage my plans, what's important is how I react and deal with them. I might not be able to stick to my original plans but I can find ways to work with what I have.

And that is the big lesson I am taking forward with me this week. NO EXCUSES!!!

My weight hasn't changed this week but honestly that is a good thing with all the madness I really expected to gain.

I'm feeling good too because after a few bad runs this week I finally seem to have my running mojo back emoticon

Going forward this week I am going to really focus on my food and watch everything I eat really closely, not get sidetracked away from exercise and just try and stay sane emoticon

    Gotta love those 'lightbulb' moments when you figure out what you've known all along. Great job on maintaining! I'm glad to hear you've gotten your mojo back...I am always on such a high when I have a great run. I guess an occasional bad run is just part of it, though!

Keep up the great work and the positive attitude!
