Well its been an absolutely manic week - again! - and as a result I missed out on a lot of exercise I had planned to do.
Then I had one of those lightbulb moments
Life IS manic, its always going to throw things up at me that upstage my plans, what's important is how I react and deal with them. I might not be able to stick to my original plans but I can find ways to work with what I have.
And that is the big lesson I am taking forward with me this week. NO EXCUSES!!!
My weight hasn't changed this week but honestly that is a good thing with all the madness I really expected to gain.
I'm feeling good too because after a few bad runs this week I finally seem to have my running mojo back
Going forward this week I am going to really focus on my food and watch everything I eat really closely, not get sidetracked away from exercise and just try and stay sane
