I took the long weekend off from blogging my eats. I focused all my attention on making sure my stepson had a great weekend with us. We see him so infrequently that I decided he was more important than blogging. Family first, and all that. It was so worth it
He is such a sweetie! He stole my heart!
Also I have a job interview at a school in Wellington on Friday. It is via skype so I don't need to travel. I'm equal parts excited and nervous! Wish me luck!
OK, back to business. I'm still exercising, but taking it easy. I have a throat infection and some lung inflammation. I'm on antibiotics and steroids. I took yesterday off from the gym but went back and just took it easy today. Should be fine by the weekend! And yes, my Dr knows that I exercise when sick. I dial it down A LOT and just exercise to keep up the habit, really.
Weight - 67.1 - SO sick of seeing 67 on the scale. Can't wait to see 65 again!
Exercise - Boxing class. Took it easy and didn't do any running
- 2 eggs
- 2T grated cheese
- Soy caramel latte
- 3 pork meatballs in a tomato and lentil sauce
- Soy mocha (Wednesday is my double coffee day)
- Babybel cheese x2
Dinner (lazy dinner since we don't get home til nearly 8 on a Wednesday)
- 1/2 a thin crust pizza
- Oven wedges
- Small (150ml) cider
Might have another orange for dessert, I'll see how I feel :)
