I was reading an article in SP and it said to click for 30 Days to Happiness but instead it took me to 30 Days of Greener Lifestyle...which was very interesting but not what I was looking for. I kept digging in the inept way I search the web and found the calendar...and guess what, it's for NOVEMBER!! So I'm posting the link so that anyone can find it and start using it in just a couple of daze.

Seems like the shorter days and approaching holiday stress have a tendency to make a lot of us a little blue. I hope this will help. Looks like great information and thought it was worth a re-post from 2011!!

This is for those of us who will be letting Sassy teach us to dance from across the pond.



P.S. Did anyone hum or sing the title to the old Partridge Family song?? Just checking...

P.P.S. I can't take credit for the Optimist poster that so many of you have commented on. I saw it on someone else's blog and copied and saved it...even put it on my little goal page. I can't even give credit where credit is due because I don't remember who had it on their blog!

    Hey give me a break this IS still October and after that step back last night I took two steps forward with a hard 2 hour core workout and 2 hour walk before midnight! Tomorrow, well today, still in OCTOBER I am looking forward to a walk to the store AND an intense upper body workout, with hopes of meeting some workout buddies in our gym! Sorry I am listening to music and missed the Partridge song, too be honest. So glad to be back sparking dear friend. Sorry about last night ... I missed you too!
