Yesterday, 4:20 am I put in my Pilate Ring dvd and worked out on my mat. I wore my elbow pad as I am still experiencing some pain in my elbow - believe it or not it seems when you bruise a bone really bad somehow you just keep on bumping the area over and over again. To overcome this I purchased a set of elbow/knee pads from my local store. I am not a quitter, but keep on going. I did not miss any work but went and nursed my wound and waited on our members at the 'y' at the same time. Everyone kept telling me to get an x-ray. I did not do that. I know a bad bruise in a bone takes longer than one on the skin. I just tell them they need to see what it is feels like inside. I know it is not cracked or broken. I just have to be patient, increase the calcium intake in spinach and meals during each day. Like Willie Nelson's Song: I'm On the Road Again! I never gave up on my walking and biking - I kept moving which I recommend for us all, unless we have to be still and heal.
