Today I realized having my personal laptop on the treadmill keeps me from sitting around listening to CNN and vegging when I take a break AND my breaks are much shorter. I have been on my treadmill desk about 2 hours today, an hour in the morning and now. I miss the sound of CNN in the background, so tomorrow I will see if I can hook up a TV here.

In answer to some questions -
I try a new recipe every week, but I bought YES bought 2 new cookbooks this month. I find tons of recipes on the internet but when it's time to cook I need to stay in the kitchen and not play with my computer looking at recipes.
However yesterday I found 4 new recipes I am doing in the next week.
Seven Easy One-Pot Meals
Put all the ingredients together, bake, and then—oh, wait—you're done.
When I make/eat soup I am not tracking I am using mostly low carb veggies. Not cabbage soup, but a tasty veggie beef soup.
Thanks for the advice to go slow to warm up when I start in the morning. I will go at a slower, easier pace for the few minutes. I will get into stretching or yoga sometime in the future.
