Not cheating ones self

This past weekend was my daughter's fall break from college and I did not get much exercising completed. Although I walked up and down resident housing staircases, through malls and other stores...it just didn't seem like much. After four faithful weeks of Alpha T25 I felt like I was really lacking a good workout. To assure that I was not cheating myself I have decided to repeat Alpha T25 week five. Boy can I tell the difference...lol

I know that housework, stairs, walking and basically any movement can be counted as exercise but boy is there a difference between intensity. I guess what I have heard is true -- once you get started moving you become addicted to something good:) Needless to say, in my opinion, my lack of moving caused me to feel like I was cheating. Well that is over now that my "partner in crime" has returned to her campus. The shopping was fun, the girls veg-out day was great, doing nails and sharing stories was great; but moving T25 style is just as great!

Remember a small vacation is not a failure just a breath for the next phase. I am headed to my next phase and my next destination...a new me. I want to stay motivated and moving for me, my sanity and my fabulous family...so off I go to move.

    I completely understand that feeling of lacking a good workout. My whole world seems to get a little sideways if I take too many rest days ! You have a great outlook !
