This is the last time I will try to change how I look. If I can't stick to it this time I'm done, kaput, gonna learn to love me as I am. I'm almost 31 and I'm tired of off and on off and on roller coaster. So today is day one. Not much happening other than I slept all day. Really needed it but not a great way to start off your new life goals. Which are as follows.
Start date: 10-29-13
Starting weight: 174.5 (with clothes on afternoon weighing)
1. Eat smaller portions at meals
2. Make wiser choices when eating
3. Work out every day and stick with it.
4. Stress less relax more
5. Sleep better
End date: 12-31-14
End weight: 140 maximum - 110 minimum
What it means to accomplish my goals: Being healthier for my kids and myself. Loving myself better.
These of course may change and this time I'm not settling for small goals, it's go big or go home. It's make your mommas proud time! I have a couple of workout buddies close to me but who knows if they'll stick with it. I do have a small plan set up but I'm starting it on the first of November. It's a 24 day ab challenge, that I'll modify to workout for 30 days.
While yes I want to be skinny I'm not doing this just for that. I want to be healthy, active, have less stress, and less body pain. I will get it done I have to!
