Weather is great here in Arizona but man my allergies are wack. I use to love windy cloudy days but now with this wind,comes horrible allergies.
I didn't let it stop me, I came home from work,relaxed and did a 7minute work out video to help me get some cardio in. My husband I have been doing great with eating more through out the day,I think I actually lost 1-2lbs by making sure I keep my metabolism up and running. Weekends are hard cause we are always lost on time,but Mon-Friday we have been pretty good.
Today for my Breakfast/lunch/snack pack:
Breakfast: 1 slice of bred with peanutbutter. Side of Cinnimon roasted Almonds. (didn't eat all the almonds.)
Snack: Baby Carrots.
Lunch: Jumbo salad (lunch is always more food and calories because it's when I need more energy.) Salad was about 2 cups of Spinach leafs,shredded lunch meat,tomatos,tiny bit of cheese,roasted Pumpkin seeds and Ranch dressing.
Snacks remaining. Dried Apples that I'm actually going to save for later. My desert today is going to be Chocolate Yogurt. I think for Dinner I'm going to have my husband grill some chicken and we have a nice salad and potatoes. I don't fear my carbs,I eat in moderation. So far,my smaller portions is working. My weigh in is Thursday and I hope I lost 2lbs! I don't care if it's water weight or real weight. The fact I'm healthy and getting to a healthier BMI is all that counts. Right?
My goal is to do house work,then before husband gets home. Play 2 dance cardio songs and to Side to side boxing non stop. Nice side work out for my little handles and arms. I don't care many swings or side turning I do,all that counts to me is I make it through two songs! I can slow down,speed up,whatever it takes as long as I keep moving.
