Ok, enough is enough. I'm fatter than ever and I can't keep doing this to myself. Today is THE New Day... new choices. What matters? What do I want? It won't happen overnight. I won't be perfect. BUT... I will start making small changes and moving in the right direction (DOWN on the Scale and Improved Health). When lose 20 lbs, I will just then be at the weight I was at for years and very unhappy with... after I lose 35 lbs, I will be at a weight that I think I'll want to maintain and then improve my fitness. Maintenance is the KEY. I don't ever want to be where I'm at today again... Here I go! Who is "out there" peeking at Blogs? post a quick comment so I know...and Good Luck with your Fitness Goals!
