I weighed myself the other day and found out that I lost 9 of the 20 pounds I put on over the past year. I was monitoring my diet for the first time in several months and was not exercising. I have yet to work working out into my daily routine, but have scheduled time tonight to focus on my health. I have been working and completing my internship simultaneously which is really adding stress and need to start doing something. I drink way too much coffee to stay alert and do not feel good after.
Looking at the last blog I posted, my son beat me by nearly 3 minutes in the 5k back in June. He spent half the race with me and when I told him to go, he took off. I would like to know what he could have done if I had not been his anchor. At 11, he would have completed the race in under 25 minutes which was his time. That is fast.
Continue to try to figure out my youngest. He has epilepsy, but they are not seeing seizures on the most recent 48-hour EEG. Frustrating because he has been a handfull. I really do not want to think about that now, so I will focus on the positives.
I have a girl who wants to be on any dancing show. I am sure the security in Walmart or Target get a smile when they see her coming because she gets to watch herself on TV and does a little dance for her (their) entertainment.
