Serious lack of sleep 2 nights in a row left me exhausted Monday but I still did at least 10 minutes of exercise (due to cramps it was 20 minutes of yoga but I still count it) ! Today I slept was too much and spent the morning in a fog but I'm waking up now and I'm going to exercise! But since my dryer just buzzed first I will be putting away clothes LOL! At least I'm in a good mood after a mini funk! Much better to be happy!
