I am feeling better and rested up from all the previous festivities and illnesses. I knew I had to get back to it. I told my bestie that it's been over a week since I went to the gym. Then I looked at my spark streak for going to the gym and discovered it's been a lot longer. The last time I was at the gym was October 16th! 13 days ago! I'm going to start small and work my way back up so today I'm going to walk on the treadmill. I'm looking forward to it.

What is the longest you've gone without working out since joining SparkPeople?

    So far I have at least walked 30 minutes a day every day. I have to, doctor's orders. I recently found out I have Type 2 Diabetes and I want to get off of medication that is very expensive and I can't afford so I have to do everything I can to reach that goal. So no skipping days for me yet though I have really wanted too.
