juicer

Tuesday, October 29, 2013

Made a juice! Carrot & celery with some of Ashley's pineapple cup. I did it...assembly, breakdown, and washing the juicer. Work but worth it. Even did some housework: took out some garbage, recycling and items to donate because the house is a disaster. Rushing to get to work early. Phew! But juice was my goal and I did it.

Next goal is to have healthy meals tomorrow. It's a busy day and I'm thinking ahead about how to avoid a tired-and-grabbing-starches-da
y.

I've been thinking about buying one of those. I've heard lots of good things. Good for you for actually juicing.

Good for you. Your story is why we gave our juicer away and bought a Vitamix reconditioned at their website. I had a hard time throwing away all of the fiber in veg & fruits and now we just throw the veg & fruits in to make a smoothie. It is so easy to make and clean up ... about 30 seconds each. Plus ... it tastes so good and is good for you. The green veg changes the color but still tastes good if you throw in a scoop of Soy Total Meal Replacement Chocolate [70 calories]. We also like a bit of ginger root. So good!!!
