Trying new to-me-things & learning

So I have challenged myself to try new things.
Okay so I have found out that I am not one of those people that can eat 100%Whole Grain Oats (Oatmeal) I even added diced apple, cinnamon and some sugar. This is one NEW thing I have tried and vote NO on eating any more. I am donating the rest of the canister to my MIL. She loves the stuff.
I also tried a New-to-me Braeburn Apple & loved it! I usually get the Honey Apple. LOL Sweet & juicy! I sliced the Braeburn Apple, sprinkled it with cinnamon and heated it in the microwave for a minute, let it set for a minute and heated it again for another minute, let it set for a minute before eating! You talk about a yummy way to start the day! OMGW! LOL
Another thing I tried yesterday. I made my very Own Homemade salad dressing! Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar & random seasonings I had in my cabinet. No Salt tho! & I loved it!
*I did try to find some "already made up dressing, but ALL of it had SUGAR added. I do not need sugar, I do not want sugar added to every single thing I eat. Why does the food industries add so much sugar & salt to the foods. They should leave it out and if the consumer wants it in there... let them add the amount they want! LOL My thoughts on that.*
I have gotten hooked on Lean Turkey burgers! Tho I am eating them moderately as I should.
Over the weekend I made my very Own Homemade Veggie Chicken Soup & have been bringing it to work for my lunch! I love it! It is yummy & Oh so Healthy!
For breakfast I have a box of Kashi Cinnamon Harvest! Yummers! I pour Vanilla Almond Milk on it & eat!
