OMG didn't realize I didn't blog yesterday...what was I doing? I did log on ... oh well
Great day - ate well, 45 minutes treadmill - 15 minutes strength training, drank my water, consumed a few more fruits/veggies today
Over the weekend ... well since my last post on Thursday. I've been pretty good. I worked out on Friday morning for an hour. Ran plenty of errands and got in some more walking. Saturday, I did a 20 minute workout BL strength training. Went to the mall and shopping so I got in plenty of walking too. Sunday I rested besides going to church. My eating was up and down but I accounted for every morsel in my food journal with WW. Spent some activity points and a few weekly but I'm sure I'll make up for them in activity this week.
Today I'm feeling pretty drained. Not sure why but I'm tired. Yesterday I was the same way but went to my workout despite feeling sleepy. Today I just feel tired. I guess my muscles are a bit sore/achy today. I've really been focusing on getting some good strength training in. Hey they say more muscle burns more calories so.....
I'm ready for today and as I sit here and eat my oatmeal I'm hoping it will give me the energy boost I need. I'm trying to get myself focused on a smoothie/juice fast soon. I did a smoothie meal yesterday and I'm trying to do one meal a day until I'm ready to go at it. Think that'll be my next challenge to do it from November 1st until Thanksgiving. Hmmm
that just came to me....
I would only do the liquid portion during the day and have a good meal for dinner. typically when I've done it before I snack on fruit and veggies as to keep fueling my body with solids. Plan to do the same thing this time around as well.
