I started mindful eating on Friday for breakfast and did great 20 min on an egg and 1 cup of oatmeal. Unfortunately not so great for any other meals. The rest of that first day I literally forgot, I didn't even think of it until I got home that night. The other days I knew I should've attempted it but just didn't.
So I restarted again today....I had a green smoothie for breakfast that lasted 15min. Good start to the day.
