I haven't had much time to blog but I have been tracking. I am in the same range as before. I've been so hungry and I think it's due to the birthday sweets I had. Time to get rid of the sugar again but with Halloween coming, I don't know if I can resist. I do love my chocolate!
I also have cut my exercise down to 20-30 mins a day and I have no regrets about this. Instead of it being a burden, I now look forward to doing it. It has made my fitbit numbers suffer but I'm living with that. On the days we do go out, the numbers are higher.
I feel the cold coming in, winter is approaching. I had to pull out some older winter clothes that I haven't worn in over 8 years since we used to spend winters down south. It's going to be hard getting used to this again. I see even night clothes need to be changed to warmer wear. Do you think we burn more calories in the winter trying to keep warm? I know I sweat up a storm in the summer so maybe it all evens out, I don't know.
