Maybe it's not a fantasy, but it may not look like you expect. I had one year that was one of the two most difficult years I've had in my life to date. When it was all over, I was exhausted and kept thinking, "I want a month off, I want a month off." I had family and work responsibilities, and it looked impossible. What actually happened was that I got my month off in increments--a day here, a couple days there, until I added it up, and it really was a whole month eventually.
I've been working on more simplicity in my home--less stuff to take care of, giving things away where they can be used by someone else, cleaning out my vast book collection by offering some to friends who I know will read them. I don't do very well with schedules, but setting a timer and going at it for short spurts helps me get into action. Good luck! 1066 days ago
