Today was a better day. I got in 8 miles this morning, which gave me lots of time to reflect and pray, before working a half day. I have a bunch of jobs lined up for this week. I got to spend the afternoon and evening goofing off with Alexis, followed by dinner out with my parents and some snuggle time. No one else is home tonight. I did my skinny jeans challenge plus an extra core workout. Even though we ate at the buffet, I got lots of veggies and lots less of the fried yumminess. I'll finish my water before bed and will hopefully get a good night's sleep. I like Mondays that set such a good tone for the week. :)

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-30 minutes kick boxing and skinny jeans challenge
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 10
