And I think I love it! I've been reading SP articles, and watching Coach Nicole's videos, and I have to say, I am quite enjoying myself! It is quite a challenge, but not one I can't handle! I'm finding it hard to keep my upper body still while doing a lower body workout, but the more I practice and focus on it, the better I get! My hips are a bit rough, doing exercises that kick my legs out to the side cause a popping sound and feeling, but I pay attention to how I feel at that time, and make sure I'm not overdoing it. I'm hoping that over time, my body will lubricate that joint as I use it more often, and the problem will solve itself! Until then, I'm still enjoying the new exercises, and hoping this keeps up for a long time to come!
