So... today did not go as planned at all. I did not go join the gym and swim, I slept til after 2 pm. Since I didn't wake up in time to put dinner in the slow cooker, we went and got Greek. So I didn't workout and I didn't cook.
And WHY? Because apparently nothing is as important to me as sleep. When I go to bed at night I have big plans and great intentions... and when the next day rolls around, I just sleep and sleep.
The habit gets reinforced by not being able to fall asleep at night after sleeping all day, so then I'm up til the wee hours of the morning, then when I do finally fall asleep... I sleep all day again. I know the only solution to this dilemma is to GET THE HELL UP and deal with it for a few days until I get my sleep schedule back on a more normal track.
So that's my goal for tomorrow. To get my lazy @ss out of bed before 2 pm and do something productive! If anyone has any spare get-up energy to send my way, I'd appreciate it.
