So I bought a couple of cereal boxes with extremely high fiber content (fiber one, grape nuts) that don't taste very good to me.
They were languishing away in a kitchen cupboard until I had a brilliant idea. I added a small scoop to my morning fruit and yogurt smoothie and blended away. This is such a great way to add texture and fiber without having to deal with bland taste.
I think this is going to be a part of my regular routine. Now to think of ways to eat more spinach.
