This morning I did 70 minutes on the treadmill desk which equals 7,000 Fitbit steps. I am not going for speed, just getting some exercise while I Spark and read online news, etc. I am multi-tasking as I seem to make time to be on my computer, so I am not taking time away from something else.
I looked for some new recipes. I am watching the calories and increasing the fiber so I feel full all the time. I was a little peckish last night so I went to bed esarlier, at 9 PM and lights out at 9:45PM so I woke a little earlier and had time for the treadmill in the morning.
My hip joint was a little sore the first 20 minutes on the treadmill. Like it wasn't lubricated. Any suggestions?
Yesterday I made a spreadsheet which calculates how many ounces a day I need to lose to get to 199.9 by Dec. 31 (sooner would be good too!). I need to lose 2.5 ounces a day which is a daily calorie deficit of 557. My weight is down a bit today and now it's 2.2 ounces and 472 daily calorie deficit.
Also on Sunday I made a huge pot of vegetable beef soup. Each I take some from the batch of soup and add some new ingredients to change it up. Yesterday I added a bit of homemade chili. Today I a few scoops of brown beans and refried beans, some additional seasoning and it was a whole new meal.
It was 4 PM when I got back on the treadmill desk and I was at 9,700 steps so I am meeting a target of 10,000 steps today.
Good news on the scale this morning my weight is trending down!
What goals are you working on before year end?
