Finished 2.2 mile route in 33:54 for a 15:34 pace.

15 second running/45 second walking intervals for laps 2 & 3

Comparison: Cut seconds off pace and overall finish time as compared to 1 minute of walking intervals. Harder than 1 minute walking intervals.

Let's see if I can get better at this running thing and make more running worthwhile or if I should stick with mostly walking and even less running. Still not sure if I should sign up for the 5K or 5 mile for turkey day.
