When I am sick it is either Campbells chicken noodle or tomato soup! Maybe even 1/2 of a grilled cheese-not mega calories and comfort all the way in my book!

How about a nice cup of hot chocolate to raiser your spirits?

...and Chris, you can eat! Just go for the healthier things.
Food is not the enemy, it is your friend..just like in life, don't choose the toxic friends.

Soory, I wish I could bring you some of my homemade chicken soup. I make it with homemade noodles when I can. I make it from stratch but started adding additional carmalized onion and garlic and roeasted chicken too, because it tastes better than the just boiled ingredients.

Take Care and God Bless emoticon

I'm sorry too that you're not feeling well. I hope you get to feeling better soon. When I'm not feeling well I drink caffeine-free hot teas, usually the Yogi brand. They're great for knocking out the yucky cold and flu feelings quickly and give me a little energy too. As others have said, soups are great when you're not feeling well!

And sometimes I find that forcing myself to get up and move actually makes me feel better than laying in bed all day did. I give myself a day to rest and stock up on my fluids, then get back into the routine the next day. I hope you'll be at a point where you can do this soon. I know what you're going through, and hope you feel better soon!

Sorry you are not feeling well. Drink plenty of liquids and eat chicken noodle soup. I always think 7up and/or sprite helps too. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.
