I hit the treadmill with a vengeance today. I ran intervals and hit a mile in 14:25minutes and then I did a 5 minute incline at 4.5 and then a 5 minute cool down. I started to really sweat when doing the incline. I came upstairs and then did 50 crunches as our little gym in the condo was busy and does not have that much floor space. I also did some stretching.
I have drank all my water
. I felt great all day.
The skinny fiber pills I am taking have given me lots of energy. I also have been running to the bathroom a lot compared to normal to pee. I think this is partly the pills and the amount of water I am drinking. I love the feeling on my joints in my hands from the pills and can not wait for the weight loss to continue so my knees can feel that.
Well time to shower and make some supper. I am having mashed potatoes veggies and ground pork slop as we call it in our house.
I think I am going to read my book until the voice tonight being as I am home alone until Friday the DH is away training others for his work.
