I read Wheat Belly and I tell people once you have read it you won't eat wheat again. My daughter has been gluten free for over a year. I have been for about 5 months. I was always getting these itchy bumps on my head and neck, throat area. Asked the naturopath to help me eliminate them she told me to read the wheat belly book. It is one of the symptoms and I now get them occasionally but not often and not as itchy. I am very diligent reading labels and not eating anything I don't know but sometimes traces still get by the most diligent of us. Teri

I haven't read the book but I do know that wheat is a major problem for me and I feel so much better since eliminating it early this year.

Love this book and as well all of his videos/audios he has been doing on so many health podcast, and even TV shows. He did Dr. Oz recently too.
By far one of the most knowledgeable doctors around and actually practices what he teaches with his patients. He will change the way we all look at brain health.
I am so glad you too have discovered him!
Hugs,
Erin
