2. Read Inspirational quotes (write down your favorites, plenty of those here).
3. Ignore setbacks (keep going, never give up).
4. Focus on Success. (develop a positive mindset).
5. Create a music playlist (favorite fast songs).
6. Get a partner.
7. Choose exercises you enjoy (for me golf and walking, biking inside)
8. Make time to relax and rest.
9. Reward yourself.
10. Set realistic goals.
