5001 fitness minutes til Dec. 31st

Using this blog to track my fitness minutes to stay accountable. Below was taken from my previous blog.....

Fitness stats:

Fitness minutes goal: 11,968 for the year
Actual minutes: 6,967 completed as of Oct 23, 2013
Difference: 5,001 left to reach goal

Taking that 5,001 and dividing it by the 69 days left in the year = 72.5 minutes per day to meet that fitness goal. I am going to take things one day at a time, but am going to strive to get as close to that Fitness Minutes Goal as I can by December 31st.
