Yesterday I just didn't want to do 10 minutes of exercise. Just not in the mood. But I still walked Kiki for 10 minutes. Today the "I'll do my 10 minutes later" voice was kicking in big time. I figured I'd just do it later than I told myself THIS IS HOW YOU FALL OFF TRACK. By listening to the "do your workout later" voice. And later becomes it didn't happen. SO.....I took the pooch out for a 10 minute walk around the block. Didn't move very fast as I'm still a slow walker and she loves sniffing everything. Had to stop and lean up on a fence to take pressure off my back and catch my breath. But I stomped really hard on the do it later voice kicking in and went out for a 10 minute walk with my dog. Yea!!
