I stepped on the scale and found that I had gained. Now, yesterday we went out of Daphne's for lunch. I was really good and asked for the nutritional guide to the new entree I ordered. Ate only half of it and brought the rest home. I think the sodium is what killed me as far as scale numbers go. I worked out 4 times last week and just finished my "time of the month", so I'm not being too hard on myself. On the positive side, I did my cardio workout this morning and was stronger and had better endurance! GYPSYGOTH AND RENATA144, you are absolutely right! I need to stop looking at the scale and measure progress by clothing, measurements, and strength/endurance. There's one big difference about this time, I'm not giving up and I'm not letting little things get me down! It's old conditioning that I'm breaking. It will take time and progress will be uneven. I am so thankful for the community on SP! You are all so kind and caring and have great advice/tips to share.
