Pain in mouth has eased up, but still eating soft foods/misc

Monday, October 28, 2013

I'm positive that was the one wisdom tooth that was left in my mouth just by how much pain this has caused not only in my mouth but face, no doubt I mean I have had teeth pulled before and never felt like this , just when I had other wisdom teeth out by surgery. The swelling has gone down but that hole is so huge and it's closed up a bit hahaha.....
Still eating soft foods like this morning more poppish (aka oatmeal hahaha).
I had a weight watchers 3 cheese ziti and been eating rice with ground extra lean beef haha that's what I use to give the dog when their tummy was acting up back in the day.
My guys are also eating soft food hahaha cause they'll eat whatever mama makes hahaha
Yesterday had a good memory of mom (don't have many ) but was watching the Brady Bunch and I remember watching that episode with her and made me smile, I have to go to the grave site and put something there for Halloween.
She's still tough to think about going into the second Thanksgiving without her she use to love my stuffing because I made it like she use to make, she looked forward to it ....
I cry a lot when I think of her because still hurts how I was treated and how she didn't even call to say some kind of good bye to me.
My aunt told me that a woman that use to go to the hairdresser with my mom saw my dad driving around and parked at the park so he's able to get out on his own. Sometimes I wish my aunt wouldn't tell me about him just hurts knowing he's well enough to drive around but can't pick up the phone and apologize for all the crap he put me through or even to call my son. He was so in love with my son as a kid and didn't even call him for his Birthday or send a card to just say I'm thinking of you, he's the innocent one oh well.
I'm hoping my Sox can pull off another win tonight because their best pitcher is pitching, but at least we will play again at FENWAY where magic seems to happen.
It's FREEEEEEEEEEEEEZING here ! Hope everyone keeps warm and has a wonderful day!

My son had his wisdom teeth pulled out this summer. It took quite a while for the swelling to go down, but it was better in the end. I hope your mouth feels better soon.

I hope your mouth heals. It is supposed to be the part of the body that heals the quickest.

When one has a tooth pulled, especially a wisdom tooth, one can get what is called a dry socket. It can be rather painful. The dentist tends to pack the tooth with cloves if you get such. My husband got two dry sockets when he had his wisdom teeth pulled a number of years ago. Here is the webmd link... http://www.webmd.com/oral-health/gu
