Another year just about over........

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon Here it is another year just about up and now on the 24 Nov. another anniversary to same man. Oh boy the pain but we keep going. YOU have too or you well not sure but you have to keep moving. We sure do that. WE haven't stopped going going doing things around house since we retired. Retirement isn't sitting in the rocking chair sitting on the porch like we thought..... emoticon it's going to the gym at least three times a week and then all the things to do at home to keep it up we don't want to end up in assistance living or just a senior place. I know we are really having the pains in legs/knees so are slowing down. emoticon emoticon they need a walking icon we can't run any more.

    You life sounds exactly like mine. Since retiring a year ago, we've not stopped running...including 3 times a week at the gym, travel, concerts...just FUN and HEALTH for us!

    By the way, Nov 24 is also my birthday so happy to BOTH of us!

    Walking is my favorite exercise. It's a good way to mediate.
    It's so good to hear from you. You are your husband are really busy. That's good. It keeps you active.
    Sometimes sitting in the rockers sounds nice.
