Happy Monday

I just can't say how happy I am feeling today...it was a great week end....I stayed right on track....another great day, eating my mini meals is the best plan for me.....

I have the feeling as I have stated over and over find what works for you, and stick with it....Oh you will have to tweek it from time to time and shake it up a bit to keep going but find what feels right, what can you feel good about.....losing weight and keeping it off should not stress you out...
Don't follow what worked for someone else, follow what feels right for you, we are all different so we will all need something different to work....so I am repeating myself , I'll stop for now till I run off track again and I know it will happen, I am only human.....I'll get a notion that something else might be better, I am always looking for the green pasture or in this case an easier way to keep the weight off, but the facts seem to prove that you have to eat less, watch those portions and get good sleep... I think we all know this , but we are still looking for that magic pill.....

Have a healthy day, think positive thoughts...and never ever give up.....YOU ARE WORTH ALL THE HARD WORK IT TAKES TO REACH YOUR GOALS.......
