Two Weeks in

Well, today marks two weeks since I started to begin making changes. I visited the good doctor on Oct. 14th and weighed in at 293. My scale here at the house is kind of erratic in that it takes forever to actually decide on a weight and that doesn't seem consistent, so I'm curious to see what I weigh-in today. According to my scale here I should be around 278 on the doc's scale today. That would mean a 15lb loss in two weeks. Cross my fingers.

I got rid of most of the soreness in my calf muscle but my left knee is really giving me fits now. It's very stiff and sore. I had arthroscopic surgery on this knee a few years ago and it has been troublesome ever since. It's really putting a crimp in my activity plans. I have wanted to ride my bike all weekend and I'm afraid of aggravating this knee. Maybe If I get out on the bike and just do some easy peddling it will smooth out and not be so painfull. I need to mention this to the good doc too.

I'll post back here later today after I return from the docs visit to report on weight loss.

    Congrats! on the weight loss. You know what they say
"move it or loose it" If I stop moving I may seize up!!

    You can do it. I'm on Day 81 of a 97 day journey ... then maintenance.
