watched Packers vs. Vikings, we all know the result, Packers won. Cards vs. Red Sox game 4, its tied at 2 a piece now. Interesting series with too many errors and some players need a refresher course in Batting 101. McCarver & Buck like to hear themselves speak, so business as usual there.
I got in round 1450 calories today, apples, tomatoes, salad for fruit and vegetables which is good. Little cheese and a lot of water & tea. Exercise was yoga, walking and cardio vids. I'm thinking of adding in Pilates to my rotation, always keep the body guessing right.
Spark Radio was about Better Fast Food, my first impression was yeah, don't eat it except for on rare occasions. I'll admit to having El Pollo Loco once on a blue moon. I do like a Whopper as well when I skip a vegan meal. Lilly talked about fast food, specifically Burger King and their new fries. I half listened to the fast food bit. Eating for your physical and not emotional health was the key phrase. Deprivation doesn't work and having fun once in a while is fine but constantly eating bad food and having it fill emotional needs is not the way to go about being healthy!
It looks like we're in for rain this week, the wind is up tonight...
