Depression sucks. Especially when combined with lousy weather. We had a good, busy weekend, but I barely had time to Spark. Minimal exercise (just some house cleaning today), ate okay but not great and didn't track (1 birthday party and 1 Halloween party)...I did get some rest, but sleep has been coming hard with so much to process. Thankful for a new week to start fresh and get it together. I have no work scheduled, yet...so it makes it hard to plan. But away we go.
Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-run (hopefully long) and skinny jeans challenge + make up days
-eat consciously and track food
-set daily goals and Spark
-in bed before 10
