Stuck at 200.4. I wonder if my scale doesn't reset for 24 hours or something. i shouldn't be the same weight this often. Especially to the exact oz. It seems like it is almost just telling me what it measured last.
Today, I had my had a 12 oz ham steak for lunch, which made my total sodium for the day 4,946 mg. I know this isn't great for me, but i was really craving some ham, and it has been a long time since I had any. I ate this at 2 p.m., and just weighed in at 8 p.m., so any weight gain from it would have already happened. I also didn't have any shortness of breath, or chest pain, which was a concern. Now, I am not sure whether Sodium is such a big problem as I thought it was. I normally stick to 800-1800 mg a day, because I think it will be a problem.
My meals for today were:
B - 6 eggs, 2 Tbsp butter, and 1 cup mushrooms
L - 12 ozs. ham steak
D - 10.6 ozs 80/20 ground beef, 1/2 can NS diced tomatoes, and 1/4 can NS chili beans
This comes to 1,895 calories

Today I saw a great Lions game, which after 4 turnovers, they came back to win in the last minute 31-30 to make them 5-3. My brother worked 9 hours this weekend, and made quite a bit of money in tips. I can even pay a half payment on my car, and everything else. He is limping, but functional. He is eating my lunches, and dinners, but not eggs for breakfast. He is sticking with cereal. Still, it seems to be helping him. He lost 12 lbs last week.
So life is looking much better this week. We grew up as Denver Broncos fans, since we moved to MI, in 1978 from Colorado Springs, just outside of Denver. I was 4, but my brother was already a Broncos fan at 8, so when we finally got a TV when i was 10, we followed the Broncos whenever possible. So tonight, I will be watching the Broncos/Redskins game, and my favorite QB, Peyton Manning. I already know they won, but love to watch football.
After that, I am off to read. I think today was a pretty awesome day, and hope tomorrow I am in Onederland.
