I lost 18 pounds! Yay!
(PS how funny are the shorts I drew on! I was wearing swimsuit bottoms but opted for more clothes lol)
All i did was drink more smoothies, eat more salads and soups, eat less crap, and the big thing was:
Started working at a restaurant!
Seriously people, if you eat extremely healthy and work in a restaurant, the pounds just melt off of you! That job is so go-go-go, there is just no other outcome!
Otherwise you just gotta find a way to make your general daily life more active.
I also went closer to vegan than vegetarian and incorporated more raw food into my main meals through smoothies and salads.
Also we found out we are moving to South Korea in January. Now I just gotta not gain it all back. I'd like to lose another 12 pounds!
