Yup 5 days until the big move. I still have some packing and cleaning todo, but didn't get a whole lot done today. It was just me and the tv set all day. I was still recooperating from yestarday's work schedule. 8 hours yuck. Everyone and their uncle were there. It's amazing who you see at Walmart too. I ran into someone I worked with 30 some odd years ago, and he recognized me. I have today and tomorrow off so I should get some packing done.

Last week did pretty well on all my goals. I had one not so good day, but the rest were very productive. I was not feeling well at all Wednesday so didn't get that much done that day. I went over my calorie range that day though.

My goals for this week are:

90 minutes of writing
90 mintues of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark

My goals for Monday are:

15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.

    You do well staying in your goals. Hope you like the new place. I always found moving exciting yet stressful.
