Glad to be alive

Sunday, October 27, 2013

I had a very scary medical incident recently that was my wake up call. Labor day weekend I landed in the hospital with multiple blood clots in both knows cause so far but am on medication. My brush with death turned me around. I have made diet my priority and will start walking again soon. Recovery from this takes time but I am confident I will be able to exercise soon.
Glad to be back!!

Wow! I'm glad you are on the road to recovery. Listen to your doctors and follow their plan for you. I lost a brother to blood clots because he just plan refused to do what the doctors told him.

I know of another with the same condition. Above all else do not push yourself to hard to fast. You need to operate totally different than before. Take it easy and do one step at a time.
