Lost appx 3 lbs this week. It is the first time that I've traveled and come home weighing less. there were times during the week in which I was frustrated and hungry but I did OK. Hopefully, this week I will be home. I need to pace myself with good snacks and decent meals.
I also need to incorporate walking. I'd like to walk at least 30 minutes x 5 times this week. I know that in order to be successful, I will need to add strength training and stretching as well. I've never done yoga, but I have a feeling after some research that it would really benefit me.
I'm focused and positive after a pretty bad week work-wise. Stressful and frustrating to say the least.
