1 Legitimate Week

Lost appx 3 lbs this week. It is the first time that I've traveled and come home weighing less. there were times during the week in which I was frustrated and hungry but I did OK. Hopefully, this week I will be home. I need to pace myself with good snacks and decent meals.

I also need to incorporate walking. I'd like to walk at least 30 minutes x 5 times this week. I know that in order to be successful, I will need to add strength training and stretching as well. I've never done yoga, but I have a feeling after some research that it would really benefit me.

I'm focused and positive after a pretty bad week work-wise. Stressful and frustrating to say the least.

    I love walking! I walked at lunchtime every day before I retired. I did have a couple of rules for walking though, I walked as long as the windchill was 10F or above and if the heat index was 95 or below. There were not many days that I didn't walk! Now I walk daily, either before my dgd gets here or after she leaves. Some days we walk to the park (meaning I walk, and pull her in her wagon, since she's 3!), and the trip to the park is about 3 miles round trip!

Make a plan and stick to it, no excuses for not exercising!
