On the last Sunday of Aug I started measuring my waist and hips
That is a 3.5 inch reduction in 3 months on the waist and 5 inches on the hips. I am proud of myself. The weight may be from all the walking & strength training I am doing. I feel that I am doing this slow as in May I was 198 and today I am down to 179 which is a 19 pound reduction. That breaks out to 3.17 pounds per month. That may not seam a lot to a lot of people, but for me that is good.
Now all I have to do is keep with it to get to my goal of 135. If it takes me another year that will be OK. Considering all the health problems I have, under active Thyroid, back, heart, kidneys and knee just to mention a few. Plus being 68 going on 69.
Between Spark People and Leslie Sansone I know that I will make it. I will keep a Positive Attitude and continue to work hard eat healthy.
I will meet my goal.
