Victory! After trying very hard to keep to my calories for most of this week I have lost weight - almost 3kg to be exact. This proves (yet again) that tracking my nutrition and sticking to my goals works.
I'm going to keep going and plan to keep to the sort of 5 day, 2 day plan I have heard of but in my own way. I believe in the fad diet thing you can eat whatever you like for 5 days and then a very strict amount for 2. I plan to eat sensibly and stick to my nutrition goals for 5 days a week and let myself go over a bit for 2 days - although not excessively. I think this is a more sensible way of doing things.
I will also catch up on the yoga I had to miss this week by going twice this coming week.
