    emoticon emoticon Thanks! Good to know I don't have to worry about doing tai chi near bedtime. They didn't mention melatonin, but I swear by 0.5 to 0.75 mg about 9:00 p.m. Don't take it in the middle of the night or you will reset your levels and insure that you don't get to sleep till later than that time the next night.

    thanks for those tips. If you still have problems sleeping taking 500 mgs of magnesium each night does the body good and helps with sleep
