After 2 to 3 days of eating the wrong types of food in excess, I stepped on the scale this morning and I did not gain a pound! Strange! I would have assumed that I gained at least 3 pounds!
My sleep is severely lacking. I was in bed by 9 pm but my puppy started barking at 10 pm. I held him, played with him, and took him outside...he finally settled down at 11 pm in the kitchen, which is gated off from the rest of the house. He cried in his cage... The last two nights, my son had that puppy sleeping in his bedroom, so I think the puppy got spoiled.
By 2:30 am, the cat started meowing. I tossed her in my daughter's bedroom. I seriously wish my daughter would get rid of it! She is never home to deal with the nocturnal meowing. But now I make sure to call her cell phone in the middle of the night to let her know how annoying her cat is.
By 5:00 am, the puppy started barking. Apparently, the other cat woke him up, sigh....which got the cat in the bedroom meowing.
I took my puppy outside and the cat escaped. Oh well.....but he came back 10 minutes later.
Tomorrow is my Saturday and by golly, I want to sleep in! I will toss the cats outside if that is what it takes!!! So tired of being extremely tired and cranky. It is messing up with my diet and healthy choices! I am now on my 3rd cup of coffee and I usually drink 1 or 2 per day.
