~My insurance has a hook-up with "Quitnow.com" and you talk to REAL people! LOL
~I had a "Bio-Screen" on my blood and vitals to show me where improvements are needed.
~Cholesterol was 249-- a bit high--changing with my food choices for now.
~Triglycerides 245-- is a bit high too, so I am told-- changing with my food choices for now.
~Blood pressure was 120/80 !! Excellent !!!
~Pulse 60. Good I guess, they didn't tell me any different on that one.
~Glucose 81! GREAT! no problem there.
~I found I am now 5'3" now. In high school I was 5'4"... I have shrank an inch in height!!!
~Weight was 192.5. This morning it is 189.0
~Loss due to change in food choices!

~Even though my sugar/Glucose is awesome. This book is great with lists of awesome good-4-you foods!
I just started Chapter 5 and I am already losing pounds by choosing the better foods- ones with low GL (Glycemic Load).
I found by reading this book that I mostly chose foods with high GL.
