Sunday Activation Plan

Just a quick note to show that I am here. The morning started off a bit rough, but changed my mindset and refuse to be defeated today!
Today I have accomplished:
Getting my clothes ready for the week
Writing out a menu and the grocery list (gotta get to the store today)
Cleaned the kitchen...I mean really cleaned it!
I have on the pedometer and as of right now I have made...821 steps. (my first thought was is that all, but hey knowing is half the battle right?)
I looked in the mirror and smiled at myself.
I said good morning to my workout room and promised to return today.
THINGS I WILL DO TODAY:
GO grocery shopping
Prepare for tomorrow
Have a productive and mentally focused week!
