Most of us live very busy lives. Sadly some of us only dream at night.
Find some time to let your imagination soar during the day. Let those dreams out and let them take flight. Dream yourself thinner happier healthier. Then dream up a thousand ways to make it so.
Dream of how you will feel lighter fitter and happier and healthier. Dream of all you will do when you get there . Dream of going to the doctor's less often. Dream of having more money to buy things for you. Dream of taking the stairs without huffing and puffing, then dream of running up them. Dream of getting more limber and being in less pain. Dream of buttoning your pants and being comfortable.
Dream of being you only better.!!!! Dream of being smarter and more organized and getting it all done.
Day dream often . Day dream your way to being happier and healthier.
