Back to Basics

Going back to basics seems to have been a good move for me...
it's only been 2 days but I am feeling better and this seems normal to me....

I am back to eating my 6-7 mini meals a day and weighing and measuring my food...

also I did some big batch cooking so I can have thing ready and at hand....I will shop tomorrow to get the things I used in the beginning...

I have once again did a lot of soul searching and reading and seeking answers to food questions.....
but it turns out for me....that a simple plan, planning my meals, eating what I like in moderation, weighing my food and watching portions....eating foods that I find satisfing is what is best for me.....

I think I had to figure this out for myself.....and today I am feeling much better with my old program that must be good....it helped me lose 210 pounds....funny the answer was here all the time.....

Thanks to all of you who responded to my STRUGGLES blog...I do appreciate all the support and kind words....once again spark people ...people are the BEST....
